2015, Plzen, in West Bohemia is European Capital of Culture.

In this context Natan Karczmar is organising, at the Ladislav Sutnar Faculty of Art and Design, ArtComTec, a series of e-seminars to follow live or caned on YouTube.

I shall be talking of the French Minitel as an art medium and of some memories and ideas related to « art and communication ».
